I can help you whether you are on a specific diet, changing your eating habits, or simply don’t find the time to cook dinner every evening. Taking away the stress of shopping and cooking can make a world of a difference for you and your family. Chef Sabine

I was born and raised in the small alpine town of Goetzis, Austria. My mother let me help her in the kitchen from an early age on and I was hooked! Cooking has been part of my life ever since, personally, and also professionally for the past 25 years. My desire to know all about food, nutrition and cooking techniques led me to attend the ”Le Cordon Bleu” Culinary School. I further extended my knowledge by training with some of the best Chefs in Europe such as Helmut Benner of “Altes Gericht” Restaurant in Austria. Chefs Thierry Rautureau, Tom Douglas and Lisa Dupar are among the Chefs I worked and trained with here in the United States.  I live on Bainbridge Island with my husband and daughter.
